TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SCHOOL CAR PARK

1. Each car owner's name, email address, telephone number and vehicle registration of each car using the car park during the booking must be supplied.
2. All vehicles must be taxed, insured and roadworthy.
3. The Link Academy Trust will not be held responsible for theft or damage to cars, contents, or personal injury during the time of use.
4. Cars must only be parked on the tarmac at the entrance to the school field (not on the grass).
5. No car maintenance or repair must be completed on the school site.
6. Term time evening bookings are only available after 18.00 on weekdays.
7. The booking excludes caravans, trailers, boats, lorries etc.
8. The gates will be locked and a temporary code will be given to you to gain access during your booking.
9. The Link Academy Trust are entitled to vary these conditions at any time.
10. The Link Academy Trust reserve the right to deny any bookings in the interests of the safety and welfare of the children.
11. Suggested contribution is £5 per half day and is to be paid to our PTFA (FOSS). Bank details will be sent with the booking confirmation.
